Help! I need a recipe for pizza dough gluten-free wheat bread.?
I have a bread maker machine and I like to try a recipe based on rice or other starches that are gluten and wheat free. Besides losing the pizza and the hope that someone has a recipe for pizza dough … Thank any recipe comes my way!
Gluten Free Pizza crust 1 tablespoon dry yeast 2 / 3 cup brown rice or chickpea flour, bean flour * 1 / 2 cup + 2 tablespoons tapioca flour 2 teaspoons xanthan gum * 1 / 2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin powder (Knox) 1 teaspoon seasoning Italian herb two thirds of a cup of warm milk (110 °) or non-dairy liquid 1 / 2 teaspoon sugar or honey 1 teaspoon olive oil 1 teaspoon cider flour extra rice vinegar for sprinkling Sauce 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce, oregano 1 / 2 teaspoon dried leaf 1 / 2 teaspoon dried basil leaves 1.2 teaspoon fennel seeds, dried rosemary 1 / 2 teaspoon 1 / 4 teaspoon garlic powder 2 teaspoons sugar 1 / 2 teaspoon salt Ingredients of your choice * Available in natural food stores for authentic foods, Bobs Red Mill, and Ener-G Foods. Makes 6 servings Sauce: Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes while the pizza dough is formed. Makes about 1 cup. Crust: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl using regular beaters (not dough), yeast mixture, flour, xanthan gum, salt, gelatin powder, and seasoning Italian low speed. Add the hot milk, sugar, oil and vinegar. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes. (If the mixer bounces around the bowl, the dough is too rigid. Add water if necessary, a tablespoon at a time, until dough does not resist beaters.) The dough will resemble soft bread dough. (You can also mix in a machine of bread dough setting.) Pour the mixture into a greased 12-inch pizza or baking sheet (thin, crispy crust), or 11 x 7-inch tray (plate deep version) that has been coated with cooking spray. Liberally sprinkle rice flour on dough, then press dough into the mold, while the mass spraying with flour to prevent sticking to hands. Make edges thicker to keep the ingredients. Bake the pizza for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Top pizza dough with sauce and your favorite ingredients. Bake for another 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
