I do not know what to get KitchenAid Mixer?

So I'm debating what to KitchenAid to come by, I think Costco sells a 5 (maybe 6) model qt professional for like $ 200. I do not mind buying the $ 300 model, but probably would not want to go further than that. I like cooking very much and have taken cooking classes but honestly I have not spent much time baking. I usually only cook for about 2 times the people .. 4 .. rarely 6. All recommendations what should I get? things you can experiment with: breads, pizzas, sausages (I hear some meat grinders and sausage manufacturer attatchments), fresh pasta noodles. I can not think of anything that used to .. my girlfriend could use it for cakes, but again smaller lots .. the recommendations of the model type and size (I know attachments You can add others later, but expensive, if its already included)? Thank you ~ Gavin

I understand your dilemma because I went through it last year. I ended up getting Artsian model and not the most expensive. I was worried and concerned about having enough energy to get the most out of it against the problems dollar. I'm glad I saved a hundred dollars. I would not buy an attachment, on the line if you want or find that I want. (Of course, There are Christmas and birthday lists to provide for their loved ones and friends who are not there!) I found that I have to be more than enough and I am a 'gourmet' who likes to bake and cook. If money is no problem, I probably would have come more expensive, but I'm still not convinced that I would have. The only thing that I like it, is the fact that the container is so narrow at the bottom do not always mix everything together and I think it should. Oh, well. I knew that I would like a head of closure and all that the model is craftsman. I think it would be nice to start artsian less than a bakery at home or something! Good luck. (They are heavy, though so plan to plant somewhere easy to access and use)
