Walaikum Salaam, We know from the Quran that happiness is a unique quality of the soul. A body that attains all the material success that craves – money power, fame, etc often belongs to an unhappy person. Happiness depends entirely on the degree of growth and development achieved by the soul, the real person. The Qur'an provides a detailed map towards perfect happiness for body and soul, both in this world and the eternal afterlife. What kind of happiness could be greater than that of someone who humbles himself Allah (SWT), I try to please Allah (SWT) loves him, he strives for his pleasure, and strives to enter Paradise and salvation from the Hellfire -?
