Bread Maker Dough Recipes
Does anyone know of a recipe for cookies with a breadmaker?
We just got a bread machine, and my husband wants reciepes for mass cookie.
Here is one: Pretzels baked pretzels, which mixes the dough in the bread machine. " yield: 18 pretzels PREP TIME 20 Min COOK TIME 20 Min READY IN 2 Hrs 40 Min INGREDIENTS 1 cup beer 1 tablespoon margarine 2 tablespoons white sugar 1 teaspoon salt 3 cups flour 3 / 4 of teaspoon active dry yeast 1 egg 1 tablespoon hot water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C) 2 tablespoons kosher salt INSTRUCTIONS Measure first 6 ingredients in the order shown in baking pan. Select: Dough / Pasta Setting and press start. When the cycle is complete remove the dough to a lightly floured surface. If necessary, knead flour enough to make dough easy to handle. Roll into a rectangle about 14×9 inches. With a sharp knife, cut into eighteen 14×1 / 2 inch strips. Gently pull each strip into a rope 16 inches long. To shape into a knot: the curve of the ends of each rope to make a circle, cross ends at top. Twist ends once was at the bottom of the circle. Place on a greased baking sheet. DO NOT LET THE INCREASE;. Combine egg, lightly beaten 1 tablespoon water and brush on pretzels. Sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 18-20 minutes or until done. Remove from cookie sheets and cool on rack. Enjoy!
