Bread Maker Dinner Rolls
Anyone have a good homemade dinner roll bread maker?
I have no mixer, so I want to use a machine bread to make the dough and bake the rolls in the oven. Help!
Rolls 2 1 / 4 cup bread flour 3 TB sugar 2 tablespoons milk powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 1 / 2 tablespoon butter 8.5 c Water (5 ml) 1 ts dry yeast INGREDIENTS: 1 egg – (for brushing on top) 3 / 4 teaspoon seeds Poppy, (sprinkle optional) 3 / 4 teaspoon sesame seeds, (optional for sprinkling on top) Directions: 1. Place the first 5 ingredients into the bread pan. Add the liquid ingredients. Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder. SELECT: BASIC DOUGH MODE. Press Home. (Baker completes the basic dough mode (2 hours and 25 minutes later) 2. Divide dough into 12 equal parts. Roll each portion into a ball. Cover with foil plastic and rest for 20 minutes.
