Breadman bread maker kneading twice?
I have a bread maker TR333 BREADMAN my parents. It has no manual and I can not find online. Is it normal to knead the dough twice after a long pause?
Yes, that's normal. If you take the dough by hand, which had knead, let rise a time, beat down and knead, then let it rise again. So that's what the machine is doing.
