HELP! Can anyone tell me how to make bread with a bread machine?

Someone gave us a baker, model # ABM-270 Admiral maker bread, but is missing the instructions and recipes. Does anyone know how to use it? Do I need special mixtures or are the ingredients in my grocery store? Any help / advice is appreciated. I looked online for the manual, but no luck yet.
