Stainless Cookware Set

Why do professional chefs use cookware stainless steel, if they are so difficult to clean?
I'm looking to get a game pots and wondering why you should or should not non-stick, but I want to do things right. Thanks I have always used stainless steel food always sticks
as someone who believes a cook / chef is as good as his team, all my cookware is all dressed up, which is stainless steel with a core copper. for some reason, and damned if I know why, it is easier things in the world to clean … I Calphalon non-stick at a time, and ALL attached to it. with all the dresses, I have golden roasted at high temperatures and then stuck to the pan the oven to cook. I have to put a pan-all clad and its contents in a 450F oven. let the pot cool, bring it to the pool, the hot water tap and throw some dish detergent in it, swish Dobie pad, and everything that comes out. know why my kitchen pots and pans as well and uniformly, but maybe my fellow purists cookware may explain why the blessed all dresses, it's so easy to clean! ADD TO **** ***** with the advent and growing popularity of induction cooking, you will see more and more people cast iron and stainless steel because aluminum, copper, T-FAL, and Teflon pans do not work on the stoves.
