glass pots and pans, how are they used?
If you like using them, please give me your advice on how to cook with them, cleaning, maintaining food from sticking to them, etc. Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated!
I like glass, do not know why exactly, but I had both my boyfriend and I broke the round glass baking was very upset. I can find my cakes are evenly and cook further in the glass. Glass pans I use for chicken and pork. But others use beef. Like glass pans for sauces and salsas, which makes it easier to keep an eye on. Y my vegetables to use the glass container as well.
